Amazing Raspberry Yogurt Muffins
Makes a delicious breakfast treat or a wholesome afternoon snack.
Ingredients: ● all-purpose flour (regular or gluten free) ● sugar ● baking powder ● baking soda ● salt ● raspberry yogurt ● canola oil ● egg ● fresh or frozen raspberries
Stir together dry ingredients.
Beat together yogurt, oil & egg.
Mix until completely blended.
Stir yogurt mixture & raspberries into the dry mixture.
Don't over mix batter.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins.
Bake raspberry muffins until nicely browned - about 20 minutes.
